  • Over 35 years of experience in Asia Pacific with senior roles at HSBC Global Markets, Maybank Investment Bank, DBS Bank, Macquarie Bank and The Kerry Group
  • Highly ranked in investment banking polls and has worked on and completed some of Asia Pacific’s largest primary and secondary market transactions, in both equity and debt
  • A solid institutional client base which has provided the platform to transact upon many of Asia Pacific’s largest transactions
  • Active deal maker and prime relation with institutions
  • Clients include sovereign wealth funds, global pensions funds, family offices, and corporate treasury departments

  • Previously holding senior positions in a number of international organizations and listed companies including Deloitte, Standard Chartered Bank, Sanwa Bank and Anglo Chinese Corporate Finance

Mr. Stephen Glover

Director-International Operations

  • Specialised in developing and maintaining buy side relationships including family offices and international investment funds, with over 150 private client relationships developed
  • Worked previously in a number of international institutions including HSBC Financial Management (UK) and Investec Asset Management, Towry Law etc.
  • Particularly strong in originations and formulation of strategic relationships with both buy side and sell side

Mr. Derrick Lee

Corporate Finance and Special Situation

  • Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and audit
  • Specialised in various deal-making activities including IPO, M&A, fund raising, debt restructuring and special situation case
  • Worked previously in several listed conglomerates on the buy side including HNA Group and Sunwah Kingsway Group, and completed various mega size international transactions.
