Corporate Finance
- 2 or more years of corporate finance, technology or related experience
- Familiar with HK listing rules and Takeovers Code
- Strong in execution and origination
- A communicative person and good in selling ideas and be able to lead a team
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Trilingual – English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Previous experience with HKEx, SFC or overseas would be an advantage
- Candidates with less corporate finance experience but with outstanding academic and working track records could be considered for management consulting position
Relationship Manager – Investor / Client Relations
- Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing
- 2 or more years relevant experience in PR or Marketing, Banking and Finance. Positions in client servicing and/or sales in those areas would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong leadership and management skills and result orientated
- Fast learner and presentable
